From childhood on, I have been encouraged to share my gift with others.
I have always loved to draw and paint. I never let a day go by without offering something I create to family and friends. This daily practice helped me to get better and better. This led me to writing and illustrating my own books. I am very happy now to share my art by writing and illustrating African folktales or poems by other authors or other wonderful tales that I have created. You can be an author and illustrator too. And when you get stumped about what to do, stop and have a gummy bear or a jelly bean until the idea comes. Uh-Huh!
