Category: Behind the Book
Behind the Book is a subprogram of the A Book a Day project that started in 2016. Under Behind the Book, we include 12 new publications of research books, specialized primarily in education, as well as books that might complement art classes, such as The Bologna Book Fest catalogs. There are many new scholarly publications and interviews with writers and illustrators, and A Book a Day is committed to adding these titles to support the study of children’s literature. Teachers, librarians, and students will benefit from them. The Behind the Book program is designed in such a way that the teachers and librarians can place requests for books. Adding the Behind the Book program is a way to show our appreciation for the teachers and librarians and to thank them for emphasizing the importance of children’s literature.
